What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

FINDINGS: There is no mass effect, midline shift, or evidence of intracranial blood products. There is no restricted diffusion or gradient echo susceptibility artifact. Lateral ventricles and basal cisterns are normal in size and configuration. Extent of T2 periventricular white matter signal abnormality primarily involving the left frontal lobe has not significantly changed in size or distribution from prior study. There is no new white matter abnormality. There is normal gray-white differentiation throughout. There is no abnormal enhancement. Medial temporal lobes are symmetric. Midline sagittal structures and the craniocervical junction are unremarkable to Major T2 vascular flow voids are symmetric. IMPRESSION: 1. Stable nonspecific T2 hyperintensity within the left frontal periventricular white matter. 2. No abnormal enhancement.
