What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

My MRI shows L4-5 disc mild diffuse posterior bulge indenting thecal sac and L5-S1 disc diffuse posterior bulge indenting thecas sac abutting bilateral budding nerve root & encroching bilateral neural foramen. pl advs what is it & what treatment to be taken and excercise also. thanks
