What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I had an MRI. It showed a cloud around my pancreas & appears as if something is blocking the pancreas duct My mother died from pancreatic cancer. I have had pain in the past in my right side. I don t have an appendix. Could this possibly be a cycst or do you think this could be cancer? YYYY@YYYY
