What Does The Following MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Good evening sir, I have taken MRI scan ,result is minimal mucosal thickening is noted in the maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses bilaterally. What is the problem? Is it major or minor problem sir?what is the treatment for this sir? Thank you.
