What Does The Following MRI Test Result Indicate?

Hi I have been told following an MRI I have a small prolapse c4-5 level I have recently had two separate disc fusions first l5/s1 then six month later l4/5 could this all be connected I have severe nerve pain in both legs as a result of operations and I m have 4 injections on Thursday nerve root block injections. What are the chances of that working as I ve had cortisone and epidural injections which have both failed in the past . Many thanks Julia,Email juliatreeby69@ icloud.com
