What Does The Following Biopsy Report Indicate?

Hi I received my pathology report after having a D & C. It stated word for word. Endometrium Curettings: - complex hyperplasia with atypia - small fragment (4mm) with features that are borderline for adenocarcinoma Figo Grade 1 (see comments) background of benign endometrial glands with cystic changes and polyp like changes. comment recent biopsy 2/25 demonstrated complex hyperplasia with atypia. The findings on prior biospy 3/15/2013 were very focal. This most recent sample endometrial curettings was entirely submitted for histologic evaluation. Small fragments representing approxiately 10% of the entire tissue volume showed atypical glandular changes that are highly suspicious for adenocarcinoma. I was two by two doctors that I do have cancer but my insurance denied the claim saying I dont have cancer. So I dont know what to do believe.
