What Does The Following Blood Test Result Indicate?

Hello there, I am a 48 year male, weight 85 kg, height 5 7 , Blood tests of AST 42 and ALT 57. Negative for Hep B and C. Any thoughts on how to proceed as the doctor was somewhat concerned about these results. Also I had a result of 44 % for (CD 38) Aktiveti Limfociti + NK. The doctor said the optimal level for this test was between 25 to 30 %. I am uncertain about what this test result means. Thanks.
