What Does The Following Brain MRI Report Indicate?

I m looking at my dad s MRI. He hasn t had neurological appt yet. Can you give me an idea what this means? Ventricles: Moderately severe enlargement of the lateral ventricies. Moderate enlargement of the third ventricle. Differential diagnosis includes central cerebral atrophy and communicating hydrocephalus. I do not identify accelerated flow in the cerebral aqueduct or dilation of the temporal horns of the lateral ventricles as more specific signs of NPH. Clinical correlation is suggested. Also Cerebrum: Multifocal and confluent areas of increased T2 signal scattered in the cerebral white matter, nonspecific in appearance, but at this age (82) most commonly associated with areas of small vessel ischemic change or white matter infarction, moderate. No intracranial mass, intracerebral hemorrhage, or abnormal enhancement is detected. thanks.
