What Does The Following Follicular Study Indicate?

Hi, I am trying to conceive and my doctor has put me on clomid -(50mg) for 5 days (Day2 - Day6). I finished my cycle and on Day 9 had my Follicular study that shows a follicular diameter 1) 10.2mm & 2) 10 mm. Endometrial thickness - 9mm. I have my next scan on Day 12. Please can you let me know if thats a good sign that clomid is responding?Is there a remote chance of this egg being difused on its own...how fast does the follicles grow until i reach ovulation.
