What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Findings Indicate?

i had a pelvic ultrasound today and the findings were as follows: 9mm4.5x minimally complex cyst consisting of a simple appearing small peripheral daughter cyst (right side) and on the left ovary a complex mass containing multiple avascular internal septations and diffusely echogenic fluid content. This cyst measures 4.6x4.5x5 cm
