What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Report Mean?

Pelvic ultrasound :anteverted homogenous uterus measuring8.6cm(ls)*5.0cm(rs)*7.3cn(ap) endometrium measured 1.3cm in diameter right ovary was not found left ovary was nornal in size and echogenicity. It measured7.5cc.note that there were no adnexal masses or pelvic free fluid noted. I want to know what it mean and if something wrong with me
