What Does The Following Radiology Report Indicate?

The radiologist report that I have in front of me says: Multilevel variable neural foraminal narrowing as described above appearing most pronounced at C5-6 on the left where stenosis is severe........How serious is this or rather how serious could it become? I also found out recently that I have severe Osteoarthritis of my lumbar spine.
