What Does The Following Result From The Ultrasound Indicate?

ultrasound shows a 10 o clock palpable lump. it s a poorly defined, slightly lobulated solid nodule measuring 8mmx6mmx6mm. Adjacent to this is a 4mm cyst. no abnormal color flow. Radiologist suggests it could be a focal fibroadenosis. is biopsy needed?
