What Does The Following Results Of Hysterectomy And Biopsy Indicate?

Hi,My Wife went through laproscopic hysteroscopy and there was some slight lesions inside the uterus. The biopsy result came negative for TB. But the doctor said that it looks like initial TB. Now my doctor wants to go for IVF and before that do TB treatment. Would it be good to go for the treatment without confirming the existence of the disease?
