What Does The Following Score For Osteopenia Indicate?

yes, I am 59 yo female with hx prolactinoma on bromocryptine for many years with normal PRL levels, now menopausal and DEXA showed osteopenia with worst score -1.3, My endocrinologist rec fosamax, my Gyn calculated FRAX score and suggested no treatment. I have GERD and my dad died of CA esophagus. Please advise
