What Does The Following Semen Analysis For Fertility Indicate?

my husband got his semen analysis done today..this was after a gap of 3 months and abstinence of 4 days. his report says sperm concentration = 40 million/ml. but other factors state:
sperm motility = 30%
grade 1 (minimal forward progression) = 50%
grade 2 (poor to fair activity) = 50%
grade 3 (good activity with tail movements visualized) = 00
grade 4 ( full activity with tail movements difficult to visualize) = 00
are there any chances of natural pregnancy in this case? my periods are very regular with a cycle of 29-30 days. I suffer from hypothroidism and am on 100mcg eltroxin at the moment. Please help.
