Hi Drs, I have done a semen analysis and here are the result: Volume: 3 mL, Color: Geryish white, PH: Alkaline, Viscosity: Viscid, Liquefication time: more than 60 min, Sperm count: 120 million/mL. Motility: 50% Rapid Progressive: 10%, Moderate Progressive: 20%, Slow Progressive: 20%, Immotile: 50%. Morphology: Abnormal Forms: 35%, R.B.C s 0-1 HPF, Pus Cells: 1-2 HPF, Spermatocytes: 2-3 HPF. I would like to know if I am in normal range or need any medication/treatment. I have a left side varicocele. Thanks.
