What Does The Following Stress Test Result Indicate?

Hi, I just recently went for a routine nuclear stress test. My doctors assistant called me and left a message that my results were favorably but, I showed signs of "askeena" (not sure of the spelling) at peak arobic workout (tredmil). He said it is a slight blood restriction to the heart but not to worry.
Until I speak to my doc in the morning can you please further elaborate on this sympton and give me the
correct spelling.
