What Does The Following Stress Test Results Indicate?
I m trying to determine how much of a problem I have. I m 60 with WPW. 2 ablations pacemaker put in Jan 2013. recently had stress test; Findings: There is extensive motion. Images were motion corrected. There is a small mild inferoseptal perfusion defect which is worse on rest images. There is thinning of the membranous septum towards the base, normal. The remainder of the HAUGEN, JOSEPH C CONFIDENTIAL Page 59 of 61 left ventricle demonstrates global normal perfusion. EF/ wall motion: Wall motion is hyperdynamic, ejection fraction is 74%. There are no visualized wall motion abnormalities. (Normal EF is greater than 45%). EKG: Ventricular premature beats
