Hi can someone please help me and explain me those impression that was done a month ago. And how dangeurs this can be ? And how can be treat it,? .. I have really bad symsptom since three month ago. This can affect the brain?

* MUCOSAL THICKENING AND FLUID AND A LEFT SPHENOID SINUS AND IN
THE POSTERIOR MASTOID CELLS.
* NO FOCAL LESIONS IN THE BRAIN PARENCHYMA
