What Does The Following Test Result Indicate?

What can be done for this....1. Moderate single level degenerative disc disease at C5-C6. There is decreased disc height, minor retrolisthesis, and endplate degenerative change. There is also broad-based posterior disc osteophyte complex causing mild/moderate narrowing of the central canal, and bilateral uncovertebral spurring causing moderate narrowing of the neural foramina.
