What Does The Following Test Results Of Thyroid Indicate?

My tf4 was mildly low, tsh low normal. DX with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, PCOS. Lipid panel was high including my hdl. If not leaning towards hypothyroid should I push for testing of secondary or pituitary/adrenal concerns? I've done/doing the "you need to diet & exercise" route and saw only minor to no improvement.
