What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor... I am reading the report from an ultrasound I had done... it says the myometrium is heterogenous with multiple residual uterine fibroids and the endometrial wall is 17 mm which is above the normal premenopausal range...what does this all mean?
