What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am 30 years old having my second baby in a 37 week of pregnancy, yesterday I had sonar , the report is saying my baby weight is 2543+/-211gm AUA 52%,placenta is posterior upper segment grade 2 with calcification, liquor is adequate AFI is 12.
wat my report suggest is every thing okay....
