What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an ultrasound done at 12 weeks and 5 days of gestation. The results stated "small para gestational bleed is seen at the inferior portion of the gestational sac measuring 1.3cm greatest in diameter." can you explain to me what this means? I do not go back to the doctor until the 26th and am now scared of reading the word "bleed" in my results.
