What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor, My cousin Ultrasound in 34-35 week shows Bilateral renal pelvis appear prominent (L R) . Doctor advised it as normal. 18-19 weeks ultrasound showed nothing significant. We are bit worried. Shall we meet another doctor for advise. Please suggest if any problem with Prominence in bilateral pelvis.
