What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am 39+1 week. My ultrasound reports indicates this: A single live intrauterine gestation. Growth parameters are lagging more than 3 weeks, with the abdominal circumference lagging up to 4 weeks. Biophysical profile is 8/8. MCA Doppler is normal. Amniotic fluid volume is normal. Recommendation: Close follow up recommend. Please what does this report mean?
