What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had pelvic ultrasound on Feb. 20, 2015. The summary of the test is Myometrial calcification and it is said the uterus demonstrates several calcifications, the largest in the posterior wall measuring 12mm. A 4mm endometrial echo diameter is noted. i am worried about this. Please explain about this condition.
