What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi My name is Madhu, my Ultrasound report below. urinary bladder is well distended-no obvious calculus seen. uterus is 53.8x38.4x33.3 mm in size. myometrial echoes are normal with no focal lesion.Endometrial echo is 7.3 mm thick.right ovary is 33.9x 23.7 in size.Left ovary is 35.4 x 25.6 mm in size. Both ovaries show multiple tiny follicles. No adnexal mass or cyst seen. no probe tenderness. Normal findings are seen in upper abdomen-Liver,spleen,GB,pancreas,both kidneys show normal echo-appearance. No renal GB calculus. No hydronephrosis on cyst in both kidneys.Aorta,IVC and para-aortic areas are clear.No obvious LNpathy.No probe tenderness in the IF at present.Bowel loops are normal in calibre & show normal peristalsis. Excessive bowel gases noted. No free fluid seen in the cul de sac.slightly bulky ovaries. rest is within normal limits. this is my Ultrasound report my question is that because of slightly bulky ovaries and Both ovaries show multiple tiny follicles i get any problem for conceive because my age is 27 and we are planning for baby?
