What Does The Following Urine Test Report Indicate?

in a urine sample from an elderly woman of 78 there is a moderate value of squamous epithelial cells, urine sed, and mucous, ur sed, ql present as well as positive nitrite, ua, leukocyte esterase, ua and 2.0 (1+) urobilinogen, ua, ql she has extremely bad spasms she thinks are coming from her bladder and has a history of bladder cancer. The Dr gives her antibiotics and sends her home but she is in a lot of pain and I m wondering if this could be signs of cancer showing back up or possibly kidney. I m looking for another opinion.
