What Does The Hazy Densities In The Left Apex On My X-ray Result Indicate?

I got my x-ray result and what does it mean of this result? Help me please. Hazy densities are noted in the left apex. The rest of the lungs fields are clear. Tracheal air column is at the midline. The heart is not enlarged. Both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. The rest of the included structures are unremarkable.
