What Does The Lung CT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a ct scan done a month ago, two large masses appeared, one in my right and one in my left. Was scheduled for lung surgery today, they did another CT scan for the wire localization and couldn't find anything. Do you think its because they didn't use contrast, and on my last CT scan they did?
