Hi Doctor
I am 26 years old. trying to concieve, i did pelvic and vaginal ultrasound. it says "Uterus is normal in size with homogenous myometrial echopattern, however no focal mass seen. Both the ovaries are enlarged in size and show few tiny cystic lesions in the periphery of both the ovaries requires clinico pathological correlation to rule out polycystic ovarian disease. minimal free fluid seen in the Cul-de-sac, suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease." I have also done blood test on day 4 , FSH - 7.7 mlU/ml, LH{Specific}, Serum - 1.0 mlU/ml, Prolactin, serum - 10.28 ng/ml, TSh,serum 0.79 ulU/ml, Estradiol 37.99 pg/ml. doctor asked to have relation every alternate day from day 12 to day 19. Also asked to take tablet folvite for 3 months and mentioned that FSH is slightly high to might take time to concieve. Any suggesstion? Anything to worry about?
