What Does The Presence Of Occasional Myelocytes In My Lab Work Mean, And Should I Be Concerned About Leukemia?

Hello Dr. I have been dx s with Lupus for seven years. I had blood work done of the 12th of this month. Everything was normal. WBC was 3.8 and RBC 4.96. My Rhemologist wants me to see an Hematologist because it said on my lab work Occasional Myelocyte seen on scanning. This is the first time that has ever come up on my labs. I am extremely concerned. Is it Leukemia of some kind? What does that mean Occasional Myelocyte seen on scanning.
