What Does The Report Regarding HydroSalphinx Indicate?

Hi,I m Swapna...7 years back i was operated Right Ovarain cyst and part of fallopian tube was removed.Now i m married since 1 1/2 year now we are planning for kid,but nothing happned..We consulted Dr Beena Vasan got our inital diagnosis done.My Husbands report are normal but when i got HSG Done got to know that Even my left tube is blocked with HydroSalphinix..But when intervaginal scanning was done they are saying hydrosalphnix not visible and left tube looks normal.Now Been Vasan has suggested for Hysteroscopy followed By IVF.I need your suggestion for my case..
