What Does The Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor, please am married for about 2 years now and my wife had miscarriage about 15 months ago. And since then no pregnancy. She has done all necessary test and results are ok. So I was ask to go do Seen analysis and result is 9 million cell Fast motility 10% Slow motility 50% Non motility 10% Immotile 30% No infection (though I treated infection 2 months ago). I masturbate alot and does it and the pprevious infection contributed to this result? My doctor recommended Oligocare and proviso but proviso gives me weak erection. Please kindly suggest any medication. Thanks
