What Does The Solid Well Defined Mass In Breast Specify?

hello doctor! I would like to know further about the breast examination that i have. The result was : "solid well defined mass of 7.6 x 3.9 mm of slightly irregular outline noted at 5 o clock AR peripheral with no obvious vascular flow on color dropper.
Based on this the doctor recommended me for a biopsy or mammography. I am just 30 years old, single, no children. Can you please give second opinion about it. Thank you.
