What Does The Sonography Report Indicate?

Sir, My sister-in-law is having a sonography report as under: “ bulky fibroid uterus with prominent endometrial (size 118x 53 mm) An illdifined small hypo echoic area (probably fibroid nodule) of 17 x13 mm.POD – Scarty Fluid is present in POD”. - Enlarged uterus (myohyperplasia) with a small hypo echoic area- Bilateral pelvic inflammatory disease. –Scanty fluid in POD probably due to pelvic inflammation. i want to know is this report suggest the removal of Uterus only ?
