What Does The Test Result Regarding Uterus Indicate?

Good Day! I had a hysterosonosalpingogram awhile ago. My results show that in my right ovary i have follicles (1.6x1.4x1.4 cm, 1.3x1.0x1.2 cm, 1.8x1.7x1.8cm and 1.2x1.0x1.3 cm) and I also have fundal intramural myoma nodule, it measures 2.1x2.1x2.1 cm. Will I have a problem in getting pregnant? The doctor prescribed me to take doxycycline. Is it for the follicle Thanks
