What Does The Tissue Discharge Along With Menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

I have been trying to get pregnant since my miscarriage in November but I continue to have a period but when I had my menstrual this month I was bleeding in discharging at the same time in my menstrual is always short in this time its was only two-three days long, so I wanted to know what this could possibly be!!!!
