What Does The Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi...good day to you ...base on my transvaginal altrasound, my uterus is retroverted and homogeneous in echotexture..i am very worry now because during my menstrual period, it last until one week and sometimes 2 weeks..my right ovary with largest follicle measuring 1.4 cm while my left ovary has few less than i cm follicles..is it normal? is it a hindrance to become pregnant? i hope you can help me of my problem....
