What Does The Ultra Scan Finding Of Dark Patch With White Specks In The Heart Indicate?

Im a 28 year old female and I have gone into the hospital with symptoms off a stroke twice now within 4 months of eachother.I'm fooling everyone I guess because no one can find anything.So referral to a neurologist and he said I have a proximal disorder I think is what it is. I have had an u ultra sound of my heart and test to see if I have a while inn my heart.and also a ct scan why dye.on the ultrasound on what would be the right side of my heart was a cloud y looking stuff with white specs.can u help
