What Does The Urine Test Regarding Swelling In Labia Minora Indicate?

hii..i am 22 years old female...i had some swelling in left side of labia minora..i got some medicines and its almost over but somewhat is still there..i have got fever yesterday...in my urine test..sugar : nil,,,alb : nil,,,pus cells : 0-2,,,epithelial cells : 8-10...is it normal???
