What Does Thin And Stringy Stool Indicate?

I've noticed a change in my bowel movements. My stool is now thin and stringy like snot and there is also an oily yellow residue. As soon as I eat I have to use the restroom. I'm not emptying my stomach all the way, but the urge is immediate after every meal or after I've drank a lot of water. I do experience more gas which is foul smelling, and I've noticed a pain in my side.
