What Does Thin Endometrium And Bilateral PCO Suggest?

Hi.. I am 25 years old.. I have irregular periods and have got my Sonography done which says "Normal anteverted uterus with thin endometrium + bilateral PCO".. Is there somehing serious?.. DOctors say it ill be a long treatment and I cannot get pregnant till everything is normal.. Please help.
