What Does This ALT Level From Blood Test Indicate?

I got my blood tested and I had an ast of 50 and an alt of 78. I am a professional brewer of beer for 20 years and up to this point my enzymes have been normal. I believe its the alcohol that I consume that caused this. How do I lower my enzymes and continue to practice my trade?
