What Does This BP And Pulse Indicate While Having Vasculitis?

Hi i have a condition called vasculitis /celiac/splenic thrombusis/dissection-- Im currently under mediation due to imflammation in my celiac artery caused by my autoiimmune syst attacking me. I feel like i have tachycardia and i took my blood pressuere and is 131/81 however my pulse is 93-96 is that normal ?
