What Does This BP Value Indicate?

I have blood pressure 134/83 and i am diabetic also my current weight is 88Kgs and my height is 5.7Fit 1.73736 (m) and i am taking tablet name Glucovance which include metaformin 500gm and gelbenclamide 2.5mg. I am afraid of high blood pressure please advise my blood pressure is normal or not as per above.
