What Does This CAT Scan For Enlarged Kidney Indicate?

I had a Cat scan for an enlarged kidney. On the Cat Scan it said I had fatty infiltration of the liver, which I know is fatty liver disease. It also said artherosclerosis of the aorta are present. How can a hepatologist or other scans determine to what degree it is at?
