What Does This CAT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a CAT scan done that shows that my urinary bladder is compressed, there is fluid in the endometrial cavity which is nonspecific for a patient of my age, there is a mildly complicated dominant follicle on my right ovary and there is minimal amount of trace fluid in the right side of the cul-de-sac. What does this mean?
